Description

This is a copy of the old Ideal bullet mould 403168 in a 2-cavity mold with the addition of a crimp groove. Some of the new 1876 Models use a .407″ bullet. You can use .406″ diameter if you are loading with black powder and casting the bullet out of soft lead, say 20-1 alloy or softer. Bullet OAL .707″, distance from crimp groove to nose .365″, .225″ diameter meplat and two grease gooves.
