Description

This is a copy of an original Postell bullet mold once made by Lyman/Ideal. Copied directly from a bullet cast fron an old mold. Zach T. of Arizona made us make this mold! 1.44″ length, .760″ long nose, nose diameter .441″.

Single cavity, bevel base. Testing done in the 1880’s was thought to be shown that the bevel base lessened the effects of bullet finning when fired thus minimizing a 90 degree crosswind effect.
