The new Harrell’s Precision Bench Rest Powder Measure for small loads. This new benchrest premium measure adds to their premium roller bearing line of powder measures. It has the same accuracy of all the Harrell’s powder measures, the durability and smoothness of their premium measures but comes in a smaller package. This powder measure comes with a SMALL plastic hopper and we recommend this for smokeless powders. 120 grain maximum capacity.
