Kirst Konverter for Pietta 1858 Remington with Loading Gate 45 ACP

Description

Kirst Cartridge Konverter with loading gate, to convert .44 caliber Pietta 1858 Remington to shoot five rounds of 45 ACP ammunition. Drops right in most revolvers and converts your cap and ball into a cartridge revolver. Some minor fitting may be required. No FFL required, SASS legal with a port in the frame (template supplied). Convert your Remington using the new Ported Kirst Konverter with loading gate, then add the ejector assembly to complete your conversion just like Remington did in the old days. All Kirst Cartridge Konverters are precision CNC machined in the USA from 4140 Steel and heat -treated. The cylinders are rated “For Black Powder or Equivalent Loads Only”, which includes the current Cowboy Loads on the market. .45 cylinders must NEVER be installed on a .36 caliber pistol or on a brass frame revolver.

Not recommended for original antique Remington Revolvers.
