Antique 1881 Marlin 2nd model lever action rifle in 45-70. Made in 1881 or 1882. This ships direct to you in most states. Full magazine, 28″ octagon barrel with a very good plus bore. 50% of the original blue remains. Owner says this rifle shoots very well. This rifle is pictured in his book Lever Action Magazine Rifles by Sam Maxwell.
The stock has a neat solid repair at the wrist and is shown in the photos, wood has typical nicks and dings commensurate with its age.
