The patent-pending MXR® Carbine is primarily chambered in 9mm NATO and is caliber convertible at the user level without tools to accommodate 7 different calibers. Supplied with Glock® pattern magazines, the MXR® Pro Carbine is also convertible at the user level to accept common pistol magazines from a variety of manufacturers. Engineered and produced in the USA of aerospace grade materials combined with high-impact polymer components for a lifetime of hard use in abusive environments; the MXR® Pro Carbine features MIL-STD 1913 rails at the 6-12 o’clock positions and M-LOK interfaces at 3-9 positions of its monolithic receiver for optimum strength and accessory retention. Featuring reliable, time-proven blowback operation from a closed bolt and a quick-change threaded barrel for suppressor use; the MXR® Pro Carbine can be field stripped in seconds without tools to provide for easy takedown and maintenance. Further customization is provided with the MXR® Pro Carbine’s use of AR/M4 compatible fire control group, grip and receiver extension tube interfaces to suit user preferences and ergonomics.
