Pedersoli flintlock smooth bore Indian Trad Musket. A very popular trade musket in the the 18th and early 19 century. Used by trappers and Indians alike. Fur companies such as Northwest Co., Hudson’s Bay Co. and American Fur Co. used these as trade items. The snake shape decoration is engraved. A wooden ramrod and large trigger guard and an American walnut stock. 20 gauge, 36″ octagon barrel octagon breech to a round barrel with a wedding band transition, 52″ overall length, 7 1/4 pounds.
