These sights are exact copies of the original sights found on 1866, 1873 carbine, 1886, and early 1894 Winchester Rifles. The sight upright is marked in yard increments just like some originals, this is the only difference between this model and our item number WRRS2 which is marked in yards from 0-9, 0-900 yards. They are made from high quality spring steel, and have a tapered dovetail just like the original. Perfect for the collector who wants to return their Winchester to factory original. These are pinch sights that require compression to adjust the tension on the upright.
